HITFET™ Low-Side Protected Switches

HITFET™ low-side switches offer a compelling feature set with its protection against over temperature, short circuit and overload conditions as well as ESD robustness.

Infineon has recently expanded its HITFET™ portfolio with the new product BTF3050TE. The BTF3050TE is designed  to serve the automotive and industrial low-side switch market. The 50 mOhm part can drive loads at 3A nominal and provides a very robust short circuit protection, as well as logic pin which enables a slew rate adjustment and a logic feedback which also works during PWM operation.
