Inertia Lock Wire-to-Wire System

Molex's family of 3.30mm pitch wire-to-wire connectors with Inertia Lock helps avoid the problem of incomplete mating that sometimes happens in wire-to-wire harnesses for White Goods applications

The new Molex Inertia Lock system is the smallest pitch wire-to-wire connector system in the market today for 100 to 300 volt signal and power applications using industry standard (in Japan) 2.60mm diameter wire.

The Molex Inertia Lock is a positive lock design which creates a "sudden" force to mate; this provides operators with a better feeling of complete mating. With various factors contributing to a potential for mating error, the need for mating assurance in White Goods applications becomes more critical.

Additional features such as dual-end supported beam for housing lock, and various mating keys help provide further mating assurance.
