K26, K65 & K66: Highly Integrated MCUs to Enable Secure Connected Embedded Applications
Freescale expands the Kinetis K family to new levels of performance and memory density with the K26, K65, and K66 platforms.
With the addition of these high performance ARM®-Cortex® M4F microcontrollers, the Kinetis portfolio is now able to support opportunities that demand performance efficiency up to 180 MHz. These products range in total flash space from 1.25 MB to 2 MB and have 256 KB of SRAM, providing the resources needed by developers to enhance embedded applications with greater capability and features.
The K26, K65, K66 microcontroller product families offer High Speed (HS) USB connectivity with integrated HS USB transceiver, as well as an optional 10/100 Ethernet MAC and advanced security features. Additional product improvements with these families include High Speed RUN for greater performance, SDRAM controller and smart peripherals that allow operation in DEEPSLEEP modes.
These products range in total flash space from 1.25 MB to 2MB and have 256 KB of SRAM, providing the resources needed by developers to enhance embedded applications with greater capability and features.
In addition, compatibility with previous Kinetis devices ensures quick transitions from other Kinetis sub-families.
