The new, compact unit is designed for bench top operation; the manually operated vertical doors provide a full, 180-degree of workspace access to parts and tooling. A large viewing window allows for visual process monitoring.
LMWS is a CE compliant and CDRH Class 1 laser marking workstation with integrated fiber laser marker which includes a threaded, metric base plate for part positioning, and an automated z-axis for laser height adjustment. Rotary axis can be added as an option. It is geared for low volume production and R&D environments over a wide range of industries. As capacity or function grows, it is easy to transition to LMF markers that can be applied to more automated systems. Applications include marking on metals, plastics and ceramics. LMWS also has the capability to cut, drill, ablate and weld thin materials.
