Low-noise and low-dropout linear post regulators TLS203B0 and TLS205B0 are capable of supplying an output current of 300 and 500 mA.
The ideal choice for battery-powered systems, these regulators have a low quiescent current of 30 μA (IQ = 0 mA).
Other highlights include low output noise. By adding an external 10 nF bypass capacitor, output noise values down to 24 µVRMS and 30 µVRMS depending on the versions can be reached.
TLS203B0 and TLS205B0 linear post regulators are stable with output capacitors of 3.3 μF. Small ceramic capacitors can be used without the series resistance required by many other regulators
