Luminus Devices CBT-39-UV LEDs

Luminus Devices CBT-39-UV LEDs emit photons uniformly over the entire LED chip surface. Luminus CBT-39-UV LEDs provide intense optical power densities and replace arc and halogen lamps when traditional high-power LED arrays can't be used. 

CBT-39-UVs maximize light extraction and efficiency and allow for flexible optical designs. With a thermal resistance from junction to heat sink of 1.8° C/W, the LEDs can be driven at higher current densities while maintaining a low junction temperature. This results in brighter solutions and longer lifetimes. Luminus big chip LEDs have very low failure rates and median lifetimes that typically exceed 10,000 hours. They are ready for even the most demanding applications.
