ROHM BD9G101G Simple Step-Down Switching Regulators

ROHM BD9G101G Simple Step-Down Switching Regulators are switching regulators with integrated internal high-side 42V Power MOSFETs. 

They provide 0.5A DC output with a fixed 1.5MHz operating frequency, allowing the use of small inductors and ceramic capacitors. They have built-in phase compensation components and are available in SOT-23-6 (SSOP6) package.
